Your Cooling-Off Period

Under European consumer law, you have a 14-day cooling-off period after purchasing a service. During this time, you may cancel without giving any reason. However, if you choose immediate activation and instant access, this right no longer applies.

By selecting immediate activation of a Premium Account on Rentfinder.ie, you agree that the service begins as soon as your purchase is complete. Once activated, the statutory right of withdrawal is waived.

Your Consent to Waive Withdrawal

During checkout, you must explicitly confirm that you accept loss of your withdrawal right in order to finalise the purchase. If you decide to cancel after activation but before using the full service, we will only charge you for the portion already provided.

How Immediate Activation Works

As soon as your payment is processed, your Premium Account unlocks every rental listing and landlord contact detail.

2) Waiver Confirmation

At checkout, you’ll tick a box confirming you understand that instant activation voids your 14-day withdrawal period.
