What is Rentfinder.ie?

Rentfinder.ie is a search engine and database that gathers publicly available landlord information to show the latest Irish rental listings in one place. Whether you’re hunting for private landlords, student accommodation, or corporate lets, Rentfinder.ie makes your search effortless:

1) Come back daily and run a quick search to see the newest properties that match your criteria.

2) Use our simple filters and lightning-fast site to locate hundreds of landlords instantly.

3) After you enter your keywords you see relevant adverts immediately and are forwarded straight to the advertiser.

4) Each advert shows the precise time it was last checked—managed both automatically and by our virtual assistants, accurate to the minute.

No suitable home online right now? Create a search alert on the site. With a bit of luck you will receive matches by e-mail. Taking too long? Try widening your filters.

Rentfinder.ie is completely independent and indexes relevant information in true search-engine style. Because we sometimes deep-link into external sources we cannot always display every photo, but they are just one click away through our link service.

Please note: When you follow a deep link to an external source, the provider may charge extra fees (e.g. registration, administration, agent’s fee, key money). These charges are not included in your Premium subscription with Rentfinder.ie. You are, of course, free to use any other source in your property hunt.

2 | Availability

Rentfinder.ie gives no guarantees of availability. Every advert displays a timer that shows whether it is still online—updated automatically and manually. We cannot guarantee:

1) Whether viewings are already full;

2) Whether the property has been let while the agent’s advert is still online;

3) Any other circumstance beyond our control as a search engine.

3 | Your account

A Premium Account lets you use our full database. Your subscription costs 1 euro for the first fourteen (14) days and then 39 euros every twenty-eight (28) days until cancelled. Payment is taken automatically by the method you select at checkout.

Cancelling:

You can cancel at any time via My Account, by e-mailing info@rentfinder.ie, or by clicking the green icon in the bottom-right corner to raise a support ticket. We will help you promptly.

4 | Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you have a statutory right to cancel your Premium subscription within 14 days of entering into the contract, without giving any reason.

When purchasing Premium, you expressly request immediate access to the Rentfinder.ie database, rental listings, search tools, and contact links during the 14-day cancellation period. Immediate activation does not, by itself, remove your statutory right to cancel.

If you exercise this right after Premium access has started, your access will end and we may deduct or charge a proportionate amount for the service supplied up to the time you informed us of your decision. This amount is calculated using the introductory price of 1 euro for the first 14 days.

The statutory right of withdrawal is different from cancelling the automatic renewal of your subscription. You can cancel future renewals at any time through My Account or by contacting us at info@rentfinder.ie.
